How they are made: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These boxes are all printed using our high quality UV printer which means the designs are printed directly onto the boxes rather then using stickers or transfers. 

Please double check spellings etc as this can not be changed once the box is printed.

I try to provide the best customer experience possible for all my customers and believe that starts with setting customer’s expectations. I really appreciate every order that comes through my shop, every order is custom made and personalised and this can take time. Before ordering please check you are happy with the current turnaround if you need your order urgently please get in touch and we can advise you how quickly your order could be made. 

DELIVERY 
Please make sure your shipping details are correct and complete. Shipping details are automatically generated from the details you have entered, they are not entered manually, this means any missing door numbers or incomplete address will not be picked up and we can not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information. 

All items are posted using royal mail 2nd class post. If you wish to upgrade your postage there are options at the checkout for Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery. Please note standard post is not fully tracked and only provides proof of delivery the tracking info will only update when delivery has been made or attempted. 
 
In line with royal mail policies deliveries are only class as "lost" after 14 working days from shipping. I unfortunately can not be held responsible for any delays by the postal service.
