Delivery & Returns Info

All items are hand made and delivery takes approx 28 days.  This can vary from product to product and at certain times of the year this wait can be longer.

Some products may be shipped sooner.

Not all products are kept in stock, this means items are ordered especially for each customer and can only be cancelled or amended within 24 hours or placing your order. 

​

Orders are shipped using standard postage, you can upgraded your shipping to include a signature. 

We can not be held responsible for any items lost in transit when standard post is selected. 

 

All products are non returnable and orders can not be cancelled or amended after 24 hours of order being placed.

Please make sure you have read the product description in full. We can not be held responsible for any mistakes when ordering e.g spelling or sizing.

Please check sizing guides where available items are not returnable so please ensure the correct size is ordered.
